Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality instruction and support to students in the absence of the regular teacher
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities
Building strong relationships with students, teachers, and school staff
Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced educational setting
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits
- Three professional references with one by a previous direct supervisor
- NJ Substitute Credential and background check & TB risk assessment (we'll cover the cost)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination
- A passion for education and putting students first
