Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee in Olive Branch, MS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback to enhance performance
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and resolving customer complaints and issues
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing expenses, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, supervisory experience, and a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
