As a Senior Full Stack Ruby Engineer, you’ll be working with our Engineering team and will be instrumental in building high scalable and robust features in our Payroll Product.

This will include:

• You will be supporting a cross functional team of Developers, Product Managers and Designers tackling projects from end to end in a fast pace and high growth environment.
• You will take technical requirements to create clean, well organized and reusable Ruby and Angular/React code
• You will have ownership around major areas of the application and drive visible impact to the product by contributing high impact solutions on a daily basis
• You will be responsible for identifying and fixing any bottlenecks or bugs
• You will help add to an environment of learning and innovation by mentoring your fellow team mates on best practices and vice versa.

To thrive at Humi, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring: 

• 5+ years of experience building, scaling and maintaining large applications in Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years of experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React
• Experience in taking abstract business problems and driving collaboration between team members to find an optimal technical solution.
• Experience using Agile methodologies and working fluidly with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and other highly skilled specialists
• Drive to create and embrace a well tested and well organized code
