We're seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager - Ad Tech to lead our team in building a scalable, reliable, and high-engagement Retail Media Network. As a key player in our Technology organization, you'll drive technical strategy, foster a culture of engineering excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that unlock business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technical roadmap for our Retail Media Network, spanning online, in-store, mobile apps, and third-party platforms
- Build, grow, and guide a high-performing team of engineers, emphasizing day-to-day execution, innovation, and continuous learning
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align priorities with business needs and drive data-driven decision-making
- Partner with vendors to select and implement critical solutions, leveraging first-party data to drive personalized ad content
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and collaboration, with a focus on cloud-native architecture, scalability, and reliability
Technical Expertise:
We're looking for experience with:
- Google Marketing Platform and Google Ad Manager
- Adobe Experience Manager
- Salesforce Media Cloud
- Java, Spring Boot, Angular, CI/CD
- Cloud-native architecture, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, scalability, and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of direct engineering management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Technical foundation in web technologies, backend systems, and data engineering
- Experience building, scaling, and supporting AdTech platforms, with expertise in agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
