Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Vistex, CRM, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role will support end-to-end business process design, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements for enterprise-scale SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support SAP OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, and customer master data.
• Work extensively with SAP Vistex for pricing, incentives, rebates, chargebacks, and royalty programs.
• Integrate and support workflows between OTC, CRM, and P2P modules to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand process gaps and optimization needs.
• Perform system configuration, functional design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and custom object validation.
• Prepare documentation including functional specs, test scripts, configuration guides, and training materials.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of relevant SAP functional experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP OTC processes.
• Practical experience with SAP Vistex (pricing, rebates, incentives, and claims management).
• Working knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities.
• Familiarity with P2P processes and integration points with OTC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and communicate with business stakeholders.
• Experience with integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations.
• Industry experience in CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
• SAP certification(s) in SD/CRM/Vistex (good to have).
• Experience working in global, multi-time-zone project environments.
