Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at DHL as a Remote Contact Center Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients in the San Diego, California area. As a part-time Associate Level position, you'll leverage your 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience to drive customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Utilize your knowledge of products, services, and pricing to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or contact center environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
