Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director & Counsel to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our General Counsel's Organization (GCO), you will provide legal guidance and support to our U.S. Consumer Products and Services (CPS) business, with a focus on consumer credit cards. This is a remote, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $26-$35 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and guidance to business partners on a range of issues, including card marketing, card member communications, product development, and reward programs Develop and maintain expertise in U.S. consumer finance regulations, with a focus on the Truth in Lending Act and UDAAP Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers and legal managers to provide thought leadership and support for training and enterprise-wide initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree and J.D.
