Key Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel and guidance to business partners responsible for consumer lending, cobrand, and premium cards on a range of issues, including card marketing, card member communications, product development, and reward programs Develop regulatory subject matter expertise across U.S. consumer finance regulations, with a specific emphasis on the Truth in Lending Act and UDAAP Participate as a member of a team of experienced lawyers and legal leaders, demonstrating thought leadership for practice group and enterprise-wide initiatives Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and J.D.
