Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Jest
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases
• Identify, document, and track defects in CRM software products
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments
• Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and improve overall product quality
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and testing methodologies to continuously improve testing processes

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Jest
• Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases
• Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in CRM software products
• Regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality
• Ability to assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments
