Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails from customers and travel agents regarding schedule changes
• Utilize airline computer systems to review and update flight information
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve schedule change issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet established metrics and utilize Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, and other tools for communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience and/or training preferred
• Experience with airline systems and internal reservation systems a plus
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
