About the position

The American Heart Association is offering a content development internship within its Total Health and Well-being department. This internship provides college students with hands-on experience in a non-profit environment, focusing on creating compelling content for the organization's healthy living website. Responsibilities
? Conduct online research to identify external content for the Well-being Works Better Resource Center.

? Participate in consumer research to develop messaging and create slides for internal and external stakeholders.

? Create slides summarizing ROI for sponsors.
,
? Analyze data across the Healthy Living website and email marketing.
,
? Develop promotional resources for various business aspects.

? Edit materials and coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders.
,
? Support content and asset creation across Total Health and Well-being, focusing on workforce tools and resources.

? Work with the AHA Resource Center team to organize Total Health and Well-being resources.

? Update and improve the internal recipe database for better accessibility.

? Develop materials for meetings, including agendas and notes.

Requirements
? Undergraduate coursework in health promotion, content marketing, general marketing, or communications.

? Effective oral and written communication skills.
,
? Ability to manage projects from inception to completion in a corporate and non-profit environment.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
