About the Intern Applied Learning Program

Our Intern Applied Learning Program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the CPGB industry, as well as the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment. As an intern, you'll work on function-specific business projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to various aspects of our organization, including Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, Product Supply Planning, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Gains exposure to business leaders representing a variety of functions and develops a deeper understanding of the CPGB industry
• Performs day-to-day responsibilities in assigned role to gain experience, develop business acumen, and aid in project work/recommendations
• Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis in the assigned functional area to support business projects and objectives
• Prepares and presents project work/recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the program
• Participates in instructor-led and online learning, intern leadership development workshops, and off-site customer field experiences

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Currently enrolled rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficient skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a general understanding of data analysis techniques

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Related experience in a relevant field or industry
