We are seeking a seasoned Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the Nebraska State Capitol Building. As a working supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the mechanical and electrical shop, adjusting building controls, assigning p.m.'s for equipment, working with building occupants to resolve building issues, and assisting other shops as needed. This position requires a strong background in facility maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
