Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on client cases to ensure that customers receive the support they need, and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions, update records, and track progress.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A reliable computer with a valid copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old).
- A USB headset and webcam for effective communication.
- At least one 15" or larger monitor to ensure a productive workspace.
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred.
- The ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy.
- Manual dexterity and the capacity to sit for extended periods.
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on your work.
- Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
