- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows, collaborating with the tools development team to resolve complex problems and improve overall system performance
- Escalate critical issues to the tool development team and work closely with production to track progress in JIRA, ensuring transparent communication and prompt resolution

Essential Qualifications
