- Update consumers' account information during and after each call, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify payment options and setup payment arrangements as appropriate, working with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Initiate effective outbound calls and receive inbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.
- Produce and arrange payment solutions for customers, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide account updates to management as appropriate, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Ensure client/company quality standards are met, adhering to compliance expectations and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Work assigned group of accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet service level expectations.
- Assure the best interests of arenaflex are maintained, providing management with information on any suspected work or personnel problems.
- Participate in continued training in UDAAP and compliance policies, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service billing experience a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Office applications, with excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software.
- Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with management, subordinates, and clients.
- Normal or corrected vision to read computer screens and printouts, with normal or corrected hearing to be able to hear customers and co-workers in person and via telephone.
- Full range of motion in wrists, fingers, and thumbs, with ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and fractions.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as permitted by law.
