About the Role and Team
Reporting to the Director, Client Connect, you will be responsible for delivering client responses for a specific category, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and solutions, to create strategic, custom, and innovative client-first ideas. Your expertise will serve as a catalyst for driving revenue across our portfolio, with a focus on addressable solutions. As a project leader, you will guide Client Connect teams to achieve milestones and objectives, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Your category expertise will be invaluable in developing functional strategies, leading project teams, and contributing to the growth of our client partnerships. You will attend client meetings with sales leads, presenting and selling through ideas that showcase your creativity, passion, and understanding of the entertainment and media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Create strategic, market-leading proposals and presentations in response to proactive requests and category RFPs, leveraging assets and capabilities across Client Solutions and Disney's overall portfolio.
- Develop cohesive sales rationales and innovative ideas that deliver against the goals and objectives of our advertising partners.
- Attend client meetings with Sales leads to help sell through ideas, providing expert insights and category knowledge.
- Serve as an expert within your individual category vertical, contributing to the development of functional strategies and leading project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members, peers, and partners across sales and solutions teams to create client-first solutions that drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or media experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across all platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with experience in developing RFP responses and building insights-led proposals.
- Full proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets, and other relevant tools and software.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of the entertainment and media industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The hiring range for this position is $130,800 to $175,400 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will be eligible for a range of perks and benefits, including:
