As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and informed business decision-making. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance. Additionally, you will need to have at least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
While not required, experience or coursework with SAFE Agile, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, mathematical modeling, and discrete data analysis are highly desirable. Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge, is also preferred.
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment, mentor less senior staff, and communicate complex data insights to a broad range of audiences.
