Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a friendly and efficient manner
Work effectively in a team environment to maintain a clean and safe restaurant, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing equipment and facilities
Prepare and cook food to Chipotle's high standards, including operating a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers, colleagues, and management, and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, including learning about our menu, ingredients, and cooking procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, control costs, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service

Essential Qualifications

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for helping and serving others
Desire to learn how to cook and prepare food to Chipotle's high standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe restaurant

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or customer service
Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
