As a TAC Recruiter, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing daily information and candidate data tracking, and resolving problems in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, combined with your excellent judgment and ability to prioritize work, will enable you to meet objectives and exceed client expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of recent high-volume/full-cycle recruitment experience in the manufacturing field. You must be able to work from a home office during standard business hours and have proven experience supporting a high volume of full-cycle requisitions. Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
