As a leader in crisis intervention and support, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Recovery Helpline Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

The Recovery Helpline Specialist will be responsible for supporting and responding to incoming calls on the Recovery Helpline, providing support in identifying appropriate resources and referrals to those struggling with issues related to substance use disorder, mental health, and problem gambling. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A hourly rate of $25.50, with a $2 per hour shift differential for evening and weekend shifts.
