Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that all interactions are of the highest quality.
- Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting or exceeding performance targets and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
- Portray and project a positive and professional image of Blithequark, reflecting our company values and mission in all interactions.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with tasks and duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
