Job Summary

As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining sales and customer data into our company's database, performing data quality checks, and assisting with data clean-up and de-duplication projects. You will also collaborate with our sales team to ensure that all data is up to date and reflects current customer information, and will prepare reports and analysis as needed using company data. Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and maintain sales and customer data into our company's database, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Data Quality Checks: Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data, and identify and report any data discrepancies or issues.
• Data Clean-up and De-duplication: Assist with data clean-up and de-duplication projects, and help to ensure that our database is free from duplicate or inaccurate data.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that all data is up to date and reflects current customer information.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analysis as needed using company data, and help to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications
