Position Purpose: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service from the Comfort of Your Home
We're looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our work-from-home team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members. You'll be responsible for answering questions related to their healthcare benefits, providing personalized support, and educating customers about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring that every customer receives a positive and memorable experience.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services.
- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, demonstrating your technical skills and adaptability.
- Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, ensuring that you're always available to support our customers.
- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, showcasing your problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making, ensuring that you're always acting in the best interest of our customers.

- Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated area to work from in your home, ensuring that you have a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access is not permitted), ensuring that you have a reliable and fast internet connection.
