Your Role:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to our clients
- Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes

What You Bring to the Table:

Job Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service
- Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
- Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Have a secure, private work area at home, with a dedicated space for work
- Have flexible availability, including weekends, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts
