As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for promoting and selling air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders, providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, and interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments. You will also meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients, and protect company properties and revenue. With a strong focus on safety, you will ensure a secure journey for all passengers and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language. Bilingual language skills are required in some locations, and you must have a valid driver's license as required by local authorities. You must also be able to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
