* Providing engineering support as needed to resolve discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components

* Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
* Preparing engineering documents to implement technical dispositions, including customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions
