As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will work 34 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or a designated workspace. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers
* Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times
* Navigating efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
* Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
* Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
* Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
* Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements
