As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of blithequark, providing personalized support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, phone, email, and social media. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and provide personalized product recommendations that meet our customers' unique needs and preferences.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior customer service experience and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks. You will also need to be flexible and reliable, with the ability to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
