Key Responsibilities

• Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database to conduct assessments and identify additional information or verification needed
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, verifying and documenting required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment
• Accurately document information and properly record non-contact attempts within the Quality Assurance Database
• Explain the application process to potential customers, providing clear and concise information
• Complete additional paperwork as needed, maintaining accurate and thorough records
• Maintain open communication with supervision regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed, ensuring seamless customer service
• Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance
• Participate in special projects, making numerous outbound calls, recording activities, and completing tasks as requested by customers or management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bilingual English and/or Spanish preferred, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Minimum typing requirement of 35 words per minute, with proficient use of computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
