**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive growth and retention
* Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, including virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
* Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-selling opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps, and delivering customer renewals
* Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
* Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional service and support
