We are building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who rely on life-sustaining medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, handling inbound calls from patients who are in need of assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve patient inquiries on the first call, and ensure timely delivery of their medications.

Once you have completed your training, you will be assigned to a schedule that includes overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.
