**What You'll Be Doing:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations, and building strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer service excellence, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Partnering with outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
* Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
* Championing corporate marketing initiatives, such as training events and product launches
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to drive business growth and loyalty
* Working hands-on with customers and products, providing customer service excellence in one or more of the following areas:
+ Counter Sales (Front of Store)
+ Inside Sales
+ Warehousing
+ Supporting and Partnering with Outside Sales and Marketing and Communications
+ Vendor Relations—Incoming and outgoing calls
**What We're Looking For:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
* Keen attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Business-to-business sales experience and Electrical Supply and Distribution knowledge is a plus
* Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work overtime as needed, with a flexible schedule that includes 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
**Physical Requirements:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
* Have a valid driver's license
* Lift up to 50 pounds
* Answer multi-line phone systems
* Manage and take inventory
* Unload shipments (semi)
* Load customer vehicles
* Fork-lift experience is preferred
**Schedule:**
The schedule for this role is 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
