The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Gate Agent position is to assist passengers with boarding the aircraft, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. This role requires monitoring computerized passenger boarding, assisting customers with special needs, and making changes to customer flight itineraries as required. The successful candidate will be able to successfully complete the Gate Agent training course, lift seventy (70) pounds, and work all shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts.

The Customer Service Gate Agent role is based in an airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels.
