Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market. This role involves managing service quality, optimizing portfolios, and collaborating with top management to drive success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing customer delivery within Cloud Managed Services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and handling escalations related to service quality.

Focus Area

The focus area for this role includes Cloud like Open Sovereign Cloud (OSC) / Client Application Operation (CAO) / FCI. You will be responsible for managing customer-impacting projects, including Transformation and Transition (T&T), and collaborating with top management to drive success.
