Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service support to our Corporate Sales Team, including responding to inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
- Managing and processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including account maintenance and sales support
- Utilizing various systems and tools, including:
- Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console
- Viewer System Console
- Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
- Customer Contact Tool
- Demonstrating strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including the Corporate Sales Team and other departments
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Adapting to changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods, such as the holiday season
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
- Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service within CCS
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Team player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate with internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
