About the Role
We're seeking highly motivated and team-oriented Customer Care Agents to join our 2nd shift and weekend hours team. As a Customer Care Representative at Blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans every single day. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Utilize your creativity and problem-solving skills to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide accurate and informative support to our customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay aligned with our company's goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 2nd shift and weekend hours, between 3pm - Midnight Eastern Time

- Starting salary of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
