Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest communication, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring that our properties are always clean and well-maintained.
- Liaise with vendors, negotiating rates and services to ensure that our properties are always looking their best.
- Manage listings on Airbnb and VRBO, optimizing our presence on these platforms to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Generate leads and drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives and social media engagement.
- Oversee our social media channels, creating engaging content and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Conduct on-site property visits (approximately 10% of your time) to ensure that our properties are being managed to the highest standards.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as property management, customer service, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, vendors, and internal team members.
- Experience managing short-term rentals on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, with a deep understanding of the industry and its best practices.
