Your Role as a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental
As a Dental Hygienist with Aspen Dental, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practices. Here are your key responsibilities:
- Travel to Nearby Offices: Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations and provide patient care.
- Develop Patient Care Plans: Partner with doctors to develop patient care plans using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines.
- Manage Your Schedule: Manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education.
- Continuing Professional Development: Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development.
- Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Dental Hygienist with Aspen Dental, you'll need:
- Associate Degree or Higher in Dental Hygiene: An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Active Dental Hygiene License: An active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
