What to Expect - Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive support to the Acting PMO Director and interacting with middle and upper management to ensure seamless project execution.
- Creating clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to capture business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Developing training guides and conducting training sessions for internal and external clients to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Coordinating with IT teams and Delivery Managers on project releases post-client testing signoff to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Utilizing SQL server language to analyze data for requirement gathering and functional testing, and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Analyzing business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and developing insights to inform business decisions.
- Developing and maintaining business requirements documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Participating in project meetings, status updates, and reviews to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
What We Require - Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum educational requirement of a four-year degree or higher in medical or computer science fields.
- At least 2 years of previous experience as an IT Business Analyst, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and trends.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and agile approach to work.
