As a Healthcare Admissions and Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and families seeking treatment, guiding them through the admissions process with compassion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients and families in a relational and compassionate manner, utilizing a consultative selling approach to overcome objections and facilitate the admissions process.
- Effectively manage multiple points of entry for marketing qualified leads, tailoring messaging to various personas and prospect stages to sustain conversion rate performance at or above goal.
- Achieve targeted registration volume by utilizing motivational techniques that encourage new clients to take the next step in the process.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with prospective clients, referring providers, and concerned loved ones via live calls, voicemail, email, and fax.
- Accurately document work and efficiently navigate administrative details to ensure a seamless assessment scheduling experience for clients.
- Foster strong relationships with Key Referring Providers, demonstrating urgency when supporting these referrals.
- Share community resources with callers who are unable to access care at Accanto Health.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales environment, preferably in healthcare sales.
- 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare call center is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with warmth and compassion.
- A consultative selling approach with a solution-oriented posture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with eating disorders or mental health conditions.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for eating disorders.
- Previous experience in a remote or flexible work environment.
