The Department of Transportation is seeking an Analyst II responsible for processing construction contract payments. The role involves coordinating with Accounting and district staff to ensure accurate and timely payment processing while following established financial procedures.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly processing of construction contract payments for the Department
- Follows detailed procedures for internal financial systems (Contract Administration System (CAS) and AMS Advantage)
- Coordinates closely with Accounting and district staff to provide accurate and timely processing of payments
- Provides support for issues
Skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
- Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required

- The SOQ shall be formatted to show the answers numerically in the same order as outlined below
- The SOQ must be typed, single-spaced, 12-point font, and not more than two (2) pages in length

- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
