Head of Global Marketing, Amazon Key

Description Amazon Key empowers customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses globally. You will own the marketing strategy for the Amazon Key portfolio, including B2B and B2C products devices, software, and services. As we build new-to-world products, you will create a category and drive new product launches. You will manage a team to deliver impactful business results and serve as a trusted leader in our organization. Key job responsibilities • Create the overarching global marketing strategy for the Amazon Key portfolio, along with annual plans to drive business outcomes • Launch new products, starting with customer research and value proposition development through announcement and activation • Drive growth by leading demand generation and acquisition programs • Deliver measurable business results against ambitious goals • Identify opportunities for business growth and innovative activations • Manage a team of marketers A day in the life In this role, you'll balance strategic leadership with operational oversight, building our global marketing capabilities for the long term. You'll collaborate with global teams across Amazon Key product, sales, PR and agency partners to drive impactful marketing initiatives. You'll play a key role in the org's marketing leadership and have influence in the overall business direction. About the team The Amazon Key team sits within the Amazon Devices team alongside Ring and other Home Security teams. Key is a uniquely cross-functional team within Amazon, and often serves as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping across global markets. Our team indexes highly on ownership, collaboration, and delivering results. We have lots of stakeholders worldwide, and we have relentlessly high standards for our high-visibility global programs. Basic Qualifications • 10+ years experience in marketing leadership, including product marketing, demand generation and growth • Experience launching new products and creating new categories • Experience in B2C and B2B products • Experience managing teams • Experience tracking and measuring quantitative marketing results to drive business outcomes • Experience communicating marketing results to senior business leadership Preferred Qualifications • MBA in marketing or similar • 5+ years experience leading marketing/go-to-market strategy for both hardware and software • 3+ years experience managing external agencies and paid media • 3+ years experience in global roles Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $274,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
