Our clients include some of the world's coolest brands, such as the NFL, Zendesk, and Topps. **The Role** As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phones, chats, and e-books. You'll work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our clients to deliver top-notch support and ensure their customers have an amazing experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide Tier 1 level support to customers through phone, chat, and e-book channels * Troubleshoot and resolve issues for web and mobile apps * Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications * Demonstrate a strong ability to walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application * Show empathy and a professional demeanor in all interactions * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives **Requirements** * 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 environment * Proficiency in Zendesk and other ticketing systems * Experience with inbound calls, chat, and email support * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Tech-savvy with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications * Reliable internet speed and service * Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above * Quality headset * Quiet workspace to take calls * Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with e-book support and creation * Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer support or a related field * Fluency in multiple languages **What We Offer** * Flexible self-scheduling and work-from-home opportunities * Access to 'Hot Gigs' postings exclusive to the blithequark Network * Competitive hourly rate – discussed during your first interview * Paid orientation * Opportunities to work with top-tier clients and projects * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
