Key Responsibilities As a Senior Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your key responsibilities will include: Becoming proficient in all knowledge base requirements to resolve clients' needs efficiently and effectively Mastering all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of conversations in our designated system to ensure seamless handoff continuity and client profile accuracy Managing a high volume of tasks in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines as required Identifying client needs, researching issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives that meet or exceed their expectations Building sustainable relationships with clients by providing best-in-class service, engaging with them proactively, and advocating on their behalf Meeting and/or exceeding established inbound call quality guidelines and key performance criteria, consistently delivering high-quality results Providing excellent client service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Collaborating with internal teams as needed to resolve client requests, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to client support Assisting clients with the onboarding process, providing guidance on next steps, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth transition Dispatching available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery Effectively communicating with clients on how to use our client-facing tools, providing training and support as required Performing other duties as deemed necessary by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience: High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and support Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development 7 years' experience in a related field, highlighting a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge, providing a strong foundation for understanding our clients' needs and delivering tailored support Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone or email context, enabling effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders Attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of client support Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment, showcasing flexibility and resilience in the face of uncertainty Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high energy, dynamic and demanding environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands Demonstrated experience being a customer-focused, service-oriented professional, consistently delivering exceptional client experiences and exceeding expectations Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will require a unique blend of skills and competencies, including: Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and resilience Technical skills: Proficiency in using various software applications, systems, and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
