As you grow and develop, you will discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities** As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing customer support to customers via telephone and/or Internet, including instant message, email, and other digital channels * Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment * Escalating more technical product-related issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist * Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries * Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause, and using tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems * Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues * Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information * Meeting standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time * Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates * Other related duties assigned as needed **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
