Key Responsibilities Enter data as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of data entry Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances and review denials for timely filing Enter appropriate reasons for write-off approval and perform claim actions for approved write-offs Conduct Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting, ensuring high-quality results Collaborate with claims specialists to perform claim actions in bulk and on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of data entry experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality results on time Knowledge of outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage and experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential, as well as experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat Familiarity with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and analyze complex data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
