About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Remote Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist. As a virtual-based contractor, you will be responsible for providing quick and effective support to our global clients, addressing their questions and needs related to their learning experience on our online platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier executives and make a positive impact on their learning journey.
