Key Responsibilities As a Remote Order and Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments, ensuring timely and efficient order processing. Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner, utilizing our client's Oracle system and other software platforms as needed. Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications, and contacting customers to resolve unclear issues. Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, ensuring seamless and efficient processing. Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures, and gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Computer experience, including the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle, with the ability to learn new software programs and applications quickly. High school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred qualifications include: Customer interaction experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
