Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Clerk, supporting our vendor support team in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data management skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for supporting operational excellence through precision and consistency. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to one of the world's most customer-centric companies. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and verify vendor and product data in blithequark systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across our supply chain. Review purchase orders, shipping details, and vendor documents to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Support the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting and validating required documentation, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing delays. Maintain digital records and ensure database cleanliness, adhering to data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines to protect sensitive information. Generate and analyze basic data reports to support Vendor Support and Procurement teams, providing insights and recommendations to drive process improvements. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets while ensuring a high level of accuracy, and continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in data entry and management processes. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus), with a strong foundation in data management and administrative principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, with excellent data entry and management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. Comfortable using internal databases, tools, and systems with minimal supervision, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are highly desirable: 1+ years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role (remote experience preferred), with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or vendor support, with a familiarity with blithequark systems (Vendor Central, Seller Central, etc.) being highly desirable but not required. Familiarity with cloud-based communication and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom), with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
